How to place an Order?

To purchase an item online, simply click "Add to cart" button to place the item in your virtual shopping cart. Once click, system will automatically take you to your shopping cart page, you may make any necessary adjustments to you order by click on the "Update" button after you have made the changes to the quantity. To continue shopping, click on the "Continue shopping" button. If you want to remove an item from your cart, just click "Remove" button. When you have finished adding all the items, you can now proceed to complete your order by click on the "Checkout" button.

For new customer, you need to create an account, follow the system instructions to sign up as a member. For existing customer, simply sign in with your email and password.

After signed in, you will be asking for shipping, payment details and to confirm your order during the check out process. When you are ready to finalize your order, click the "CONFIRM ORDER" button to complete the order, otherwise all your selections will remain in your shopping cart until you are ready to check out.

A summary of your order together with our bank account details will send to your mail box once you have successfully completed your online order.

How do I know that you have received my online order?
When your order has successfully been placed you will receive an order notification email. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact us.

Can I change the order quantity or item after I place it?
Yes, you can, please  contact us with the details of the change.

Can I cancel an order after I place it?
Yes, you can cancel your order. If you have decided to cancel your order, please notify us with your order number via email.

After payment made, what should I do?
Once you have made the payment, please notify us with your order number, payment date and amount via email or by using the payment notification form on our website.

How do you know that I have paid?
Once received your payment notification email, we will trace your order according to the order number you provide. Upon confirm your payment; we will process your order immediately.

What will happen if I do not send email to you after payment made?
This may cause delay in processing your order. Please note that we will not process your order until we have received your payment notification email.

Can I track my orders on your web site?
You can track your order status if your order was placed online. For orders placed via email cannot be tracked.

After member login, go to My Orders, you will see all the orders you have placed under your account and the status.

Parcel tracking: You can also track your parcel if your order is shipped within Malaysia via Poslaju National Courier, City-Link Express or GDex ; outside Malaysia via EMS, FedEX or DHL. We will email the parcel no. or consignment note no. to you at the time of shipment.

Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes, we do accept bulk orders. If you are interested in ordering quantities larger than is listed on our website, or are interested in wholesale opportunities, please email us.

Please note: Depends on the order sizes and availability of stocks, bulk orders may take longer time to process and ship.

How do you calculate total weight?
Total weight would be calculated based on the weight of all the items ordered and its immediate and outer packaging material weight.



What is your payment mode?
We only accept Direct Bank Deposit into our bank account with Public Bank Berhad. Account details for Direct Deposit will email to you after you have finalized the online order.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped via Poslaju National Courier, City Link Express or GDex for all addresses within Malaysia.

What will my postages be?

By courier:
All the postages are based on weight and destination. System will automatically calculate the postages upon check out. You may also refer to the
Postage Details. The postage appears on your order is including of postage and outer packaging charge.

When will I receive my order?
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only, holidays & eve are excluded.

By courier:

If your payment and email notification was cleared and received before 11.00 am, order will be processed and send on the same business day.

If your payment and email notification was cleared and received after 11.00am, order will be processed and send on the next business day.

Under normal circumstances, it may take 1~2 business days, for other areas may take 2~3 business days or longer to arrive. For further details please refer to Poslaju National Courier, City-Link Express or GDex.



How to submit an international order?
You may place your order online or email to, clearly stated the items and quantities that you would like to order, we will email you as soon as possible the total amount payable including the shipping rates for your destination plus any other charges.

How do I make payment for international orders?
We do accept Telegraphic Transfer or Paypal. All bank charges or costs incurred in Telegraphic Transfer or Paypal will be paid by the customer. Please notify us by email after remittance.

How are international orders shipped?

To provide our international customers with the best possible service, all orders are shipped via
EMS, FedEX or DHL. This allows us to track and insure your products.

What will my shipping charges be?
International shipping rates are either based on actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher and destination. International customers will be contacted with the shipping rate by email after their order is submitted.

Other charges: Outer packaging cost RM5.00 and Malaysia bank charges RM5.00 will be added into shipping charges.

When will my order be processed and shipped?
Once the full payment is duly received, orders will be processed and shipped the same day or the next business day.

When will I receive my order?
Singapore : estimated delivery time is approximately 1-2 business days.

Other Countries: estimated to arrive within 2-5 business days depends on the destination.

However, transit times are subject to Customs Clearance and also vary from country to country, therefore, we cannot guarantee the exact time of arrival and not be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures, particularly during the festive seasons or holidays.

How are duties and customs charges handled?
You may subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. All customs and import fees are solely your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the costs may be. Therefore, please contact your local customs office for details. We will not be held responsible nor assume any liabilities arising or alleged to arise in connection with the goods ordered by customers. By giving your consent to ship an order, you assume full responsibility for the taxes, duties, or customs/brokerage fees required in your country. If the items ordered are returned or confiscated due to your refusal of your package and notification of these fees, we will not issue a refund for your purchase or the original shipping cost.

Can you mark my order as a gift or declare a lesser value for it so that I do not have to pay as much duty or tax?
No, we cannot do this. Please note that even if the package is marked as a gift, duties and/or taxes may still be collected at the discretion of your government.
